Who joins is the ISI Mastermind groups?

The mission of ISI is to help ordinary men become extraordinary and find success and significance personally, professionally, relationally, spiritually, and financially.

How much does it costs?  
$650 per month. If you are thinking of seriously improving your life and business through an ISI mastermind, the sooner you apply the better. Is there a long term commitment?  
When you decide to join Iron Sharpens Iron Mastermind, be prepared to commit to at least 6 months. We've learned, since beginning in 2014, that 6 months is about when members 'hit their stride' and 'get it' in their individual groups and the larger ISI network. Developing trust and growing meaningful '2 am' relationships takes time. In that 6 months you will have attended 26 weekly calls with your ISI brothers and attended at least one live event in with the entire ISI brotherhood. You will have had the opportunity to design your CAYWB Vision and at least two Success & Significance Scorecards, sit in on expert interviews, deep dive on NextChapter book studies, attended focus group discussions, and have been held accountable to your goals.

What can I expect during weekly meetings?  
The scheduled one-hour weekly virtual/video calls follow a proven format to celebrate wins, tackle challenges, and encourage each other. A rotating Man in the Middle, or ‘carving station’ as some groups call it, provides an opportunity to go deep on an individual member’s goal, issue, or another topic of choice.

What's expected of me as a member?  
Every ISI mastermind member is expected to have a generous spirit, be growth-minded, have entrepreneurial pursuits, commit to attending weekly calls, be transparent and vulnerable with your brotherhood, and show yourself accountable.

Who will lead my group?  
Each group has a life and business seasoned facilitator whose role is to ensure each man is receiving the value promised, giving of themselves, and participating in calls and events.

How many men are in a mastermind group?  
Your individual group will have up to 10 men that you meet with weekly. Through the directory, online events, and live events you also have access to all the members in other groups to grow your network and opportunities.

Which group will I join?  
Choosing your group will depend on groups that have open slots, new groups that are launching, and your own schedule/availability. Each group has a diverse individual member skillset adding unique perspectives from business owners to business professionals to bootstrapped business start-ups. After a successful interview you will be presented with the current group availability for you to select from.

How long will it take to get started?  
Once you apply, you’ll choose a 40 minute interview time that works for you. Assuming the interview meets both yours and our expectations ... you select an available group, setup your payment, get access to Getting Started, be introduced to your group facilitator/members and begin your weekly meetups the first week of the month. Your Getting Started mentor and your new brotherhood will guide you through the ‘ins and outs’ of how ISI works and overviews of the tools and resources available to you.
